Baseball layout for 12x12 frame

My daughter and I worked together to create this single page layout to fit  a 12 x 12 frame.  It was her boyfriend's 15th birthday in September, so this was one of his gifts.  He loves playing baseball, and played over 70 games in 4 states this past summer for the Monster Baseball Club.

The baseball field is cut from the Baseball Solutions cartridge.  I used SU! cardstock, and grass covered DSP.  The letters and numbers are from Varsity Letter (Lite), and all other cuts are from Sports Mania.  Oh, a friend cut the "squiggly" M in Monster for me that she created using SCAL (Thanks Heidi!).  Pitcher's mound, home plate, and the bases are popped up, although you can't tell from the photos.  Lots of ink distressing, just a touch of ribbon, and a few star brads in opposite corners finished the layout.

Baseball layout - Back a few years

If only there was more time to stay caught up on all of the layouts I want to make! The pics used in this layout are almost 3 years old now.  I wish I could scrapbook full-time.  Maybe I would be caught up about 10 years from now.  haha

Cricut carts used:  50 States, Cuttin' Up, Baseball Solutions and Sports Mania (for corner baseball).

Pony Baseball - Summer Travel Season

DS has spent the last two summers playing HOI (Heart of Illinois) Panther baseball.  The team had such a great connection.  Great boys and a great group of parents.  The end of the season was very tough for me, as a mom, as goofy as it sounds.  It was a lot of fun, and mentally the end of an era as most of the boys, including ours, were moving on to high school and all new challenges.  Thankfully, freshman baseball started last week, so here we are again.  Go Panthers!

The cardstock on this layout is from the DCWV Glitter stack.  Not sure of the brand of the paper with the (Panther) paws, nor the ribbon brand.

Cricut cart used was Sports Mania for everything but the bats, which are from Baseball Solutions.

Jr. High School Baseball

I can't get enough baseball when Spring hits, and am always sad when the season is over.  DS freshman baseball season started last week, so I'm really in the mood for it. Layouts below are Jr. High school baseball.  Between school ball and summer travel ball, it's never ending baseball.  Love it!

Used SU! black glitter on the "bad day" chipboard letters.  Not sure of the brand for the baseball ribbon, sorry.  All cardstock is SU, the DSP is various brands of sports paper.  The player silouettes are all from the Baseball Solutions cartridge -- they are suprisingly cool in person.

Baseball Layouts

Summer is full of travel team baseball, and I love every minute of it!
As usual, all cardstock is Stampin Up! as well as eyelets and ink (sponged edges)  Alphalicious was used for the titles.  All other cuts are from the Baseball Solutions cartridge, with some welding.
