Disney Pixar Blog Hop -- Welcome to Day 2

If you arrived here from Jamie's blog, you're in the right place.  If you're here by chance, you should consider going back to the beginning of the Disney Pixar hop so you don't miss a single project!  I am so excited about being part of this.  This is my first, and because it's a Disney Pixar hop, coupled with this amazing group of talented crafters, it's uber cool!

12x12 mats & markers

Today's blog candy:

6"x6" Stampin' Up! pad of current "in colors", (compliments of BFF and SU! demonstrator Janelle), Cricut mats (2), and a set of Cricut markers.

6x6 Stampin' Up! In Color stack

Become a follower of my blog if you're not already, and leave me at least one comment today about my project, and  you're eligible.  It's so fun to hear from everyone, and the encouragement is motivating!   The winner will be random draw Monday evening.

My project consists of layouts from our Disney Cruise (on the Magic) one year ago.  Once the blog hop is over, I will add details about each layout, but no details now, only so it doesn't take too long to get through the blog hop.  Hope you enjoy the layouts and find something inspiring on your scrapping journey . . .
Thanks so much for stopping by!

The final stop on today's hop is with Melissa - of course her project is worth the wait :)   Here's today's entire lineup if you need to re-visit someone:

Dance Recital Title Page

Cover page for 2009 Dance Recital album.  The card on the page showing all of DDs dances is what I made and handed out to our family/friends that attended the recital over the weekend.  The show is over 4 hours long, so a list like this helps them so they can leave the theater for a break in between the "important numbers"!

I mostly used rub-ons on this layout.  All paper and rub-ons are Stampin Up.  Paper is Old Olive DSP and Purely Pomegranite card stock (which was an in color at the time).

WDW Introduction Page

Confession:  I have no sewing skills.
Remedy:  We R Memory Keepers Sew Easy tool and some floss!

So my hand stitched Mickey head is a little rough, but I'm pleased with my first Sew Easy project.  This layout will be the first page in the book of our January 2011 Disney trip.
